The metrological basis for the PKP pressure switches PS30 is a spring-loaded diaphragm or a spring-loaded piston (for higher pressure ranges)

Under the effect of pressure, the measuring element actuates an electric microswitch, which is equipped with self-cleaning contacts, thus ensuring a long service life.

The preload of the spring can be infinitely varied via an adjustment screw, so that the switching point can be varied over the entire adjustment range.

Typical applications

The mechanical pressure switches are used in all areas where an electrical signal is required depending on predefined pressure values.

Due to the very good price-performance ratio, the PS30 pressure switches are also suitable for higher quantities in the OEM sector.
